LA Rental Tours Plugin Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the LA Rental Tours apartment-search plugin.

Service

The plugin provides read-only access to public apartment listing information from the existing LA Rental Tours catalog. It can search listings, show available search options, and return bounded property details and links.

No transaction or guarantee

The plugin does not submit rental applications, reserve units, sign leases, collect payments, make approval decisions, or act for a property owner or user. Published rent, availability, specials, fees, pet policies, amenities, floor plans, and other listing details can change or contain errors. Users must verify material information directly with the property before making a decision.

Acceptable use

Users may use the plugin for lawful apartment-search and comparison purposes. Users may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, extract nonpublic information, introduce malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

Third-party services

The plugin may return links to LA Rental Tours listings, property websites, virtual tours, or other third-party services. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or end, and search results may change as the source inventory changes. LA Rental Tours does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
