LA Rental Tours Plugin Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 25, 2026
This notice describes how LA Rental Tours handles information when people use its apartment-search plugin through ChatGPT or another supported assistant.
Information processed
The plugin processes apartment-search criteria that a user provides, such as location, rent range, bedroom count, bathroom count, pet preferences, amenities, specials, virtual-tour preferences, and property identifiers. The tools return public listing information from the existing LA Rental Tours catalog.
The hosting and assistant platforms may process account identifiers and technical request data to authenticate users, protect the service, prevent abuse, and operate the connection. The LA Rental Tours MCP tool code does not use assistant-provided name or email fields to personalize apartment searches and does not intentionally log prompts, renter contact data, or returned inventory payloads.
If a user leaves the plugin and submits a form on the LA Rental Tours website or a property website, that separate form may request contact information. The plugin tools themselves do not submit those forms.
Purposes
Information is processed to return requested apartment-search results, show public property details, authenticate access, maintain security and reliability, diagnose failures, and comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing
Information may be processed by the assistant platform, ChatGPT Sites hosting infrastructure, and service providers needed to operate and secure the plugin. Public listing links can lead to property websites governed by their own privacy notices. LA Rental Tours does not direct the plugin to sell personal information or use search criteria for behavioral advertising.
Retention
The read-only MCP tools do not intentionally create a user search-history database. Infrastructure providers may retain security, authentication, and operational records under their own policies. Any information submitted through a separate website contact form is outside the MCP search workflow and should be covered by the website's applicable retention practices.
Choices and controls
Users can disconnect the plugin in their assistant settings, stop using it, or avoid including personal information in search prompts. Requests about privacy or personal information should be sent to the contact below.

We do not intentionally send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents to Google Analytics.
